The invisible F.E.M.A. truck

Children what's that noise outside?
Daddy it's a great big truck
And theres a man standing on top of it
Cleaning out limbs from the wires
Where that big tree top got stuck

Where is that siren coming from?
Daddy from the end of the street
Where that old grey haired man lives
He fell in his yard from the heat

We been sitting in the shade in the yard for days
Since old Rita done struck
But of all the traffic we done seen
We ain't never seen a FEMA truck
